Guarantee- We strongly believe in satisfying every one of our customers. Here are the ways we guarantee that your purchase will be a comfortable, worry free experience. We guarantee live arrival under normal conditions. You must be available to receive your gecko at the pre-arranged time of delivery. You will have to sign for the package. If you aren’t at home or do not open the door the guarantee is void. We cannot be held responsible for weather changes during the your gecko’s transit, delays in the delivery or any other carrier related issues. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase contact us within 24 hours of receiving your gecko and we’ll work something out. (Expect your gecko not eat for the first couple of days, It’s normal)

Shipping- *Contact us for shipping prices* Local pickup or meeting in the middle is available.

Payment plans- We accept money orders only. We do make exception though in very special cases. Contact us and we can work something out.

Please make all money orders out to Katherine Francis, when you send a money order include your address, phone number and the name or ID of the gecko you would like to purchase. Thanks.
